Looking back on the year 2022

Dear KCC Family,
As we come to the close of 2022, I am proud to say that our company has made significant strides in improving the lives of those living with kidney disease. We have been able to provide exceptional care to our patients and make a real impact in our community with the commitment and passion of each member of our KCC family.

Kidney Care Center embarked on a journey of success and growth in the year 2022. We opened two new clinics; KCC East Point & Midtown Atlanta and Tennessee Kidney Care Athens. We have relocated a few to new and better locations to provide convenience and the best care possible for our patients and the communities we serve.

In 2022, community involvement was a key aspect of focus. KCC has hosted and participated in many community events to bring awareness to kidney diseases. One of the highlights of the year was our participation in the annual Kidney Walk 2022 in June. Our team came together to raise awareness and funds for the National Kidney Foundation. I am proud to announce that we were able to make a significant contribution to the foundation, thanks to the generosity and support of our staff, patients, and community.

In July, we celebrated employee appreciation week, with various fun activities such as team-building activities, lunches, and a raffle ceremony. This was an opportunity for us to recognize and thank our staff for their hard work and dedication throughout the year.

Our annual Physician Retreat was held in September when our amazing physicians came together to share knowledge, network, and discuss new developments in the field of kidney care. This was a great opportunity for our physicians to connect with their colleagues.

Kidney Care Center also participated in the ASN Kidney Week 2022 in November. This was a great platform to connect with peers in the nephrology community and to learn about the latest developments and advancements in the field.

None of the growth and achievements would be possible without our dedicated team members. In 2022, we began our employee recognition program, KCC Ambassadors. Each quarter, two outstanding KCC team members were awarded the title with amazing prizes.

To conclude, I want to express my deepest gratitude to every one of you for your hard work and dedication. Together, we have accomplished so much in 2022 and I am confident that we will continue to achieve even greater success in the future. Thank you for your service and dedication.
