We introduced our Online Reputation Management Program on October 19, 2023, to enhance patient engagement and feedback. This initiative provides a platform for our patients to share their feedback. It allows us to gain valuable insights into what we’re doing right and where we can improve our practices for a better patient experience. Our patients’ reviews also help us maintain a strong digital presence, ensuring that KCC remains a trusted name in kidney care.

Using Online Reviews to Strengthen Patient Trust

Our program primarily focuses on Google, with additional integration on platforms like WebMD, Vitals, and Healthgrades. This multi-platform approach allows us to effectively track, manage, and enhance our digital presence. Empowering patients to share feedback strengthens trust and helps refine our practices, ultimately enhancing the overall patient experience.

Convenient and Accessible Feedback Channels

To ensure maximum engagement, we’ve made it easier than ever for patients to share their experiences. Feedback can be provided through multiple channels, ensuring accessibility and convenience for everyone.

• QR Code Scanning: Patients can easily scan the QR code on the flyer available over the counter and share their reviews.
• SMS and Email Reminders: We send feedback surveys via email and SMS to encourage timely feedback following recent visits.

Milestones We’ve Achieved

Since the program’s inception, KCC has made significant strides in enhancing our online reputation. We have achieved an outstanding 9.4 reputation score based on 3,230 patient responses, reflecting our unwavering commitment to quality care. Additionally, we have received 2,988 total online reviews, further solidifying our credibility and patient trust.
